The black country!

No, i'm not a racist, so dont say i am, so im guna teach u all bout the black country,
cuz i am sick of explaining! I'm NOT Racist.

Where is the Black Country?
The black country is just north west of birmingham.
Some of the towns in it include:

West Brom
Walsall
Sandwell
Wolverhampton (On the Out skirts)
and where i'm from, Dudley, the heart of the black country.Dudley is the centre, and the heart, the true black country and its gr8.

But Where does it get its name from?

In Victorian Times, this area was the industrial capital of the world, coal mines, factories, steal works, the lot.

Because of all the factories, and furnaces burning, there was always a mist, and fog, it was always night, because the smoke turned the sky black, all day everyday.

The name has stuck, and to this day... it is still called the black country,
and hell, i love it here, and i would never move for the world.
