Make me a Habbo avatar like the one I have now, but give it a emo fringe?, can you use my habbo pls?

Also can someone make me 2 sigs, 1 black with my habbo in and mcr and the words 'HHGS Management' and another sig with green writing saying 'ClubHabbo Rare Values Manager' and cna i have mcr and my habbo in it pls.
