Ok here are my tips;
- Put another piller were the croc is.
- Get rid of the rugs
- Add holos on top of the pillers
- Change HCs for pillows

And it looks like another help desk change it round abit? And some weird features or something...

And the first room is nice, maybe add petals to the gaps in the floors or bamboos. And maybe add a jukebox? 7/10

add the lighter tiles to fill in the spots in the gap of the first one, other than that its nice, but the second one looks a bit too plain.
