The most complained about site "Thinkhabbo" is closing but at the same time people are saying its re-opening, If the rumours that its Re-opening again are true it was a Public stunt to get the site more popular this isn't the first time their Owner Nkay. has done a Public stunt, A few months ago he pretended he was leaving on air then he 'suddenly' decided to stay :042:

This is all untrue. He closed it for its time to end, he has now re-opened it as he had his email box flooded with emails asking for them to re-open.

And the 'stunt' with him leaving. He was leaving but the same happened, people were threatening to hack his habbo and things so he didnt leave.

What i heard was that thinkhabbo got fined £150 for removing the copyright from their layout that was made by someone else. but ive been on the website and the layout, music, dj and more is exatly the same as CrazyHabbo, which was classed as "the new thinkhabbo".

I think its all a big publicity stunt and i hate them even more than ever know.

Plus, when Nkay stayed because of people threataning to hack his habbo account, why would he be bothered? he was leaving.

The actualreason acoring to nkay is that he got tired of the site and he couldnt be asked to keep the site going , he re opened it becuase of the emails he got from listeners made him detarmined to keep the site.
meh thinkhabbo is still one of our daily pain.
also he didnt get sued as why would someone take someone to court jsut to get £150?
the court + lawyer charges will be way greater than they will ever get .

He wasnt fined £150, Generation Dtwo (The layout makers) didn't have a valid copyright. There was a picture on crazyhabbo telling people this, a console message from Sensualized (Habbo Council Member)

Nkay is overall a pathetic moron. He doesn't own a Fansite. because fansites stick to the fansite way.

They Premote Flooding;

I.E when they had the 'record' for most listeners without using a hotel alert he was on air and he kept screaming on the radio to tell your friends via console (obs so no one rarely would get banned if they did it normally.

They Premote swearing;

They've played numerous songs with swearing.

Im sure it was Nkay who stole the Forum layout of someone else thats why they were going to be sued..

He got made a layout by a firm called Generation DTwo, who claimed they had a legal copyright of it. Thinkhabbo found out Dtwo didnt have a legal copyright and took it off the site. Dtwo spreaded it among the 'Thinkhabboers' that they had sued them for £150. Completely untrue as it wasnt a legal copyright. They didnt steal the layout, they were made the layout and probably paid for it aswell.

And have you check the meet the staff page on clubhabbo? Exactly the same as thinkhabbos. Actually I have a list. (A list from the veiw of thinkhabbo)

- They stole the Lottery Idea
- They stole our TH Factor Idea
- They stole our stats
- They stole the way we do our page headers
- They copied the Habbo Hotel layout
- They copied our Council idea
- They copied our Weekly Event idea
- They stole our talent show idea (idol instead of factor)

TBH how do you know thinkhabbo thought of it first? and clubhabbo 'stole' / 'copied' theese ideas? theese are nothing special almost all site have thigns like that.

anyway im jsut on the forum and relised that they allow members posting pictures of them selfs / havving in avvies /sigs (even knay has himself in his) well isnt this against the habbo way and they cleary stated to all thosoe explosing sites that if you have habbo anywhere in the name of the domain they will take action?
i wonder how they get so many people on the forum? there probaly pervs all over it.
