while lily allen was promoting her latest single LDN in popular music shop hmv, she lit a cigartte inside the store, the manager told her it was a no smoking zone and to put out the cig, she did this, moments later she went to the toilets and lit another one and set off the fire alarms, the manager told her to get out.
if i waz manager i would of refused to sell her cd and take it off my shelves lol, she shouldnt be breaking rules lol
what are your veiws on this, was the manager right or wrong to tell her to leave and was she right or wrong to break the rules
The manager was right. and i also would have stoped selling her cd's lol.

i know irs just ridiculous i detest smoking in the first place (its disgusting) but to be told not to and do it anyway is just being down right stubborn and rude and oi would have withdrew her single, her album and refused to sell any more of her cds
and this was the massive hmv in london (i think thats were it was) well its the most popular hmv in the uk is really all i know so dat woukd be major cut-backs on her cd sales that would teach her

i think lily allens songs are class but she should be breaking rule just coz shes half a celeb
Quite basically it's up to her what she does. i have no hate against her smoking, Shes purely a brilliany solo-artist and has soem brilliant songs
*and her dad owns aswell
But i wouldn't sink to the low-stage of not selling her music.
I doubt they would even do that, seeing as her songs were previously in the charts at #1 and it can bring in great income for HMV (Who is a big store chain like Tesco's.) it's obvious you don't smoke in a shop though.

Its attitude,Alot of people have it :007:,Anyway she could be at another store and within mins people would come in and have a chat with her.Tbh i wouldnt let her leave the shop.untill she baught something EXEPT her music cos that would be unfair :060:

If i was the manager id just ask her to leave she shop while she is smoking, i wouldnt take the CD's off the shelve, how else are you going to sell them and get money if no one can buy them from the shop ?

Yep I'd Do Same Otherwise The Guys Payed Like £200 For A Batch Of CD's That Are Just Gunna Be Wasted Because The Artist Smoked In Your Shop. It Wouldnt Matter To Me Because I Don't Buy CD's I Get Downlaods Of Da Tinternet
