Basic BB Code

<font size=3>text here</font> = text here
<br> = line break, ie same as pressing return
<hr> = line going through the page, cannot be demonstrated on the forum though.

Font colours:
For the basic font colours you just use the code below, and swap the colour for any basic colours you can think of, most basic ones should work, ie blue , green , yellow , purple etc

<font color=deeppink>text here</font> = text here
Advanced colours:
If you want a colour thats a bit different, so you can be more "unique" you can use a hex code. For a list of some of these go to the following site:

And pick out the number you want, then use the following code
<font color="FFFFFF">text here</font> = text here
and so on..

Using more than one code at a time.
For advanced users, well anyone really once you get the hang of it, you can use more than one formatting tag inside a bracket, it works just the same as using two separate brackets, but it just saves space.

Blink
<blink>text here</blink> text here
(I don't know if blink works in posts but it works in usertitles if you have Mozilla Firefox)

Marquee
<marquee>text here</marquee> This one can't be put on the forum except there is sometimes a marquee on the top, however you can do it with usertitles.
Alternating Marquee
<marquee behavior=alternate>text here</marquee> This one can't either. Once the text reaches one side it bounces back the other way.
You can also set the width for marquees but I don't know much about that
Misc Marquee
<marquee scrollamount=NUMBER>Text here</marquee>
Means the speed of the marquee will change, I recommend using 50 as an absolute maximum.
<marquee direction=Right>Text here</marquee>
The marquee travels in the opposite direction
<Marquee width=Number or Percentage>Text here</marquee>
The marquee's size is shortened / made bigger, depending on the inputted value.
<marquee onMouseover="this.scrollAmount=NUMBER" onMouseout="this.scrollAmount=NUMBER">Text here</marquee>
The marquee will change speed when hovering / not hovering over the text.
<marquee bg color=Colour Name>Text here</marquee>
Marquee with a background colour. http://www.habboxforum.com/images/smilies/wink.gif Use a hex code or a colour name in there.
