What are your views on internet dating?
I think internet dating is a bit silly as its not an actual relationship, and theres no physical interaction, nevertheless, it can make you feel wanted and loved, and especially special.
As time has gone by, i have had many 'relationships' on the internet, each and everyone of them was one word.. painful.
Although it may sound pathetic, i did get hurt as they were the dumper, i was the dumper twice, but even that hurt me.
Love anywhere can be painful, but the memories of us together will always remain. *My view*

i like internet dating
its a chance to start over
ive done some things in real life im not 2 proud of
but on the internet no one knows about it msaking it easier to build a realationship
datz my opinion though
like superstar911 i like the internet because you can be anyone you like, but i use the internet for making friends, not dating. even making friends is a bit weird because you never know who you are talking to.

I can understand Ross' view, you could be talking to anyone, but on the other hand, its a fresh start, and if you do ever meet them face to face, it could turn into a long-lasting relationship in real life.

I would never meet anyone without seeing them on cam first.
ie; Im meeting 3 people over the next year, seen them all on cam.
Id never risk that, if they told me they didnt have a cam, i wouldn't even think of meeting them face to face.
Internet relationships are a bit .. dodgey, but sometimes it can feel real, and could be real, ie; i knew a friend who was internet dating on Habbo 2 years ago, now her and him have married in real life. Strange huh?

Well, seeing as my relationship started off as a internet one, you can guess that i'm really not bothered by it. I wouldn't say, as soon as you meet someone, go off and date them, i think you'd need to get to know them first, and trust them and everything other wise it won't work. :]

I'm not sure, i always thoguht it was completely stupid and tbh i still kinda do, theres only one time that i actually would ofsaid yes to internet dating and that was with a certain person on habbo and shes a memebr on here xD well if you know me then yo'll know who she but i cba to explain ha!

I think if you intentially turn to internet dating you seriously should really survey your personal life and try getting a social life on the go. I think you only resort to internet dating if you're not getting it in your real life. And you should be able to!
